Dilution Tin...plain and simple. In 1999 there were 20 million shares. We had one forward split and everyone's shares doubled including Hartcourts. Now how many times have HRCT's shares doubled and our percentage gets smaller. in 1999 we had @ $20,000,000.00 market cap, and it meant something to own 100,000 shares. 100,000 shares is worth $25,000 dollars now and for you to get to your investment back what will HRCT'S share price have to be now, and what will that make the market cap be then. Dilution is dilution and a r/s, which I am for, will not only reduce the float, but our shares also. So while the companty has grown, it has grown at our expense...and investors have left, and there is the common thread with momma.com...
