Just got this quick response from Frankie Fruge, COO and CPT board member.
Note that the Series B has no value. This is in place to keep management in control so no one can do a hostile takeover which is what happens in environments where a new technology is stolen thru purchase of voting shares by large corporations. Management did this to protect the investors. Please note that management is the largest investor and has the most to lose. Note also from the financials that management is not getting paid: see accrued salaries.
I know the same logic applies to the AS. Only 92+M are outstanding, leaving 908 M shares available to the company in the bank. They are carefully guarded, under lock and key. As she points out, management has the most to lose by dilution.
I have personal met with these folks. They are hard working, genuine people in whom I trust to do the right thing.
You may want to spend some time reading back on this board. There is much to be learned there, if, in fact you are genuinely interested.
