Says the Preferred are convertable after Dec 2008.
Like to know how many common shares that means.
By the way Dec 2008 just passed.
Is this the reason I am starting to see this being pumped on some boards??????

Series B preferred = super majority voting power???
What exactly does this statement mean?
Does that mean "Super dilution" when converted?

Noticed this company has done two forward splits in the last 3 years. Incredible.
One for 1/19 in 06'

and this one ya just gotta laugh at in 07'
1/10,000

Question for the peacemaker....
Why don't you think insiders would dump on the open market when it looks like all they do is dilute and reverse split?
Seen many different wordings on conversion rates for preferred in filings but I am having trouble trying to figure this one out.
Maybe I'm just tired old and lazy but when this stuff looks like a jigsaw puzzle it's usually not good for the investor.

What really amazes me is why this is at .14 cent and not .0014
