It would be a "PURE MIRACLE" if the SEC does anything at all about ECFL or MNTY. The SEC won't do a thing about all of this. There is nothing in it for the SEC.

Look at the MADOFF case. Wouldn't you think that if someone ripped people off for the tune of 50B that the Judge would at least make the SOB stay in jail ? I know a guy who is serving 10 years now for making liquor,10 years for that. From the time they arrested him, he never got to see his family again until they went to prision to visit him. It is all about who you are, and not what you have done.....

We have LITTLE or NO JUSTICE in this country anymore. The white collar crimes are going unnoticed anymore. White collar criminals are lucky to get a slap on the hand.
