DesertDweller- I spoke to Janet Point today and she told me that the repurchase program is managed by some other department at the company and these individuals (Merritt, Tilden, Shay and co.) are not privy to the information about when the actual repurchase takes place. She also said that there is a window open for them to trade now. She also said that Merritt's sale is not pre-planned (you've already confirmed that this morning). I don't whether Tilden's and Shay's sales are pre-planned or not. Probably not...bcoz company issued a statement regrading Campagna's and Goldberg's sales. It would have done the same if these were also pre-planned.
