CMKX will be acting as their own TA.

That is not a Good Thing. It means there'll be NO watchdog. Urbie will be able to tell you whatever he likes about the number of shares he's issuing, and you'll have no way to confirm it.

Cusip # is changed, and FYI who's to say that CMKM Diamonds will exist anymore...

AGAIN? Did anyone ever tell you to beware of companies that constantly change their names, tickers, and CUSIPs?
