Pretty obvious that the reason is BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO REASON TO BE POSITIVE.

This merger is taking longer then any merger I have been able to locate EVER. Even longer then the SIRIUS merger.


Another question for you STRONG Longs.

Now that this has gone into the year 2009 are the 2008 numbers going to be included in the audit ? If so I would expect that to be their next excuse why this will drag on even longer. I can hear it now " we located the phantom "domain names but now the auditors have to include the 2008 numbers in the year end audit so were not sure how long this is going to take".

DOES ANYONE ELSE SEE ANY RED FLAGS ?
