What "issue"??

told him how disappointed I was in Friday's trading activity and more specifically that the pps didn't increase after what I viewed as a great PR about the airborne survey results. He assured me that this issue was being taken care of.

Jim really had alot of conviction when he spoke about this. He really did seem sincere. If he wasn't, he's a darn good actor.

"Jim" sounds like a paid promoter. I'm sure he seemed VERY sincere.
