Exactly
The shares are being sold at a discount probably 40-50% from EFFC then sold directly to the MM which show up as AH trades (Form T) the MM's are in this business to make money and also is sometimes your buyer and seller. "Believe" it or not, "Mr." Raphael Huppe has taken advantage of everyone willing to fall for his BS.
