IMO:You can utilize 2 Facts to test your projected numbers..

1.NEC has paid IDCC some $30 Million for their 50% share of the Siemen/NEC 15% Global market share for WCDMA Infrastructure installed through the first quarter 2004..I imagine that excluding Siemens who may have some credit for their existing license with IDCC..The remaining 85% should owe IDCC some $200 Million from Nokia's, Ericsson's,Nortel's etc. WCDMA Infrastructure installed to date..

2.Sony/Ericsson paid IDCC $4.3 million in the first quarter 2004 for their 2G GSM/TDMA handset sales..and should pay a total of some $20 million for all of 2004..Nokia and Samsung will sell some 7X the amount of 2G GSM/TDMA handsets in 2004 than Sony/Ericsson..;
