Let see if Shaw signs anything first. Like many things "Mr." Raphael Huppe has started, very high odds that nothing will come of this either. I am sure the "longs" have seen all his BS with verifiable names and numbers come to absolutely nothing, I mean he even stated he aquired Argo (And put out a PR stating it, LOL) and everyone that was willing to put the effort forward even got to meet and/or speak to Jason Shin, where did that go in the end?
One thing I will give him, He is a great BS'er and gets people to listen, potential clients, businesses and even investors that bring the PPS up to .19. But in the end they all figure out what a total POS bull $&!^^*# he is.
As far as this "Shell" if it is "dirty" that is because he made it "dirty" and today continues the exact actions he did over a year ago to make it that way. So "Clean it or discard it" you say? Since he has shown no sign of stoping the damage he has done to this "shell", I guess it comes to discarding it. Which leaves the shareholders with what?
My story regarding the ah trades has always been that it is "Mr." Raphael Huppe, whatever reason, his past actions tell anyone that wants to "see", that it is not a good sign.
