If they ever complete the CRAM there will be some opportunity but the problem that everyone keeps ignoring is that "Mr." Raphael Huppe has shown signs that he may be looking into other options outside of EFFC which should make anyone invested in this stock nervous. You say you "really dont think he is leaving us with an old shell" why? because he has been so honest with everyone up to now?

"Fud" huh? If he was just "raising capital" why did he decide to do that now at the all time lows? why not when he got this up past .10 and .15 where he could have sold a tenth or less of the shares? Kind of good for the shareholders dont you think? Could the answer possibly be that he is just "Cashing out" at this point? If he is being so honest than why wont he just ungage the TA so everyone can see what the AS, OS and float is?
