I apologize for not explaining what I asked... I asked Polly:

"To whom this may concern:

Hello, I have been an active investor in this company in the past. I do not, however, hold any shares at this time. It appears that someone from your company has been in direct contact with members of a message board on a site known as "Ihub." Moderators of this board have provided photographs claiming to be of your "Marfa Property." However, in the past, two of the photographs posted have been proven fakes. Thus, the validity of the rest of the photographs naturally comes into question.

I understand your company very well may have no ties to these pictures. I'm not suggesting that your company does not have a facility in this region. Can you provide any information that would validate that these pictures are infact your facility? The link to the message board containing said photographs is provided below:
