As far as we know, there isn't any preferred, so in order to keep control of the company, Urbie and his family (and perhaps his financial backers Koch and Klassen) need to own at least 51% of the o/s.

janice where could the 400 billion o/s shares be if that figure is true, eg, put out and folks here bought them is one...but what are the other ones?
