DAT: A combination of both. The U.S. deficit spending, The End of the Bretton_Woods system and Bretton_Woods II International Agreements (Google it up). Also beginning 01/01/2010, 10 to 14 Arab Nations are going to form an economic union with a united currency with the help of the World Bank and the IMF. Oil will not be sold in dollars any more. This union may buy a stake in western banking and insurance companies to help support this currency. With all the extra U.S. dollars floating around the globe, devaluation is the only solution this problem. This will spur inflation. So the Question remains, Does SEO take $3.75 a share for ERHE and see his value erode over a short time or does he take a higher bid $10.00 to cover this coming decline in value? I say he sits tight and awaits drilling results. JMO
