It may be worth pointing out that they might have until January 9th to decide but that doesn't necessarily mean you or I will see an announcement on that day....They may have ALREADY decided their method of payment and IDCC may have accepted with further negotiations of alternate items or business to tag along with it...I think SAMMY has to chose and notify IDCC by then but, there could be a whole lot of other ancillary discussions and agreement they mesh together....Its all good quit worrying!!!!!!!!!!
