Well, one piece of the puzzle might be unveiled.

400B shares held by "holders of record"

Now the question is:

Will we learn next that:
1) netting out retirement / buyback, 10B has been legitimately issued by the co. (about 60% of us celebrate wildly)

or

2) 400B has been issued by the co. (about 40% of the board goes into "I told you so" overload).

I suppose we wait and see.....
