I was in close contact with Mr Le at the time in questuion here and if memory serves me correctly his location was ready at the end of May or early part of June, So what does Jason do he goes and opens a clothing botique store instead, with our money and claime he puts up most of the cash. yeah, us morons did not have a clue as to what was going on.
