One week? Rosebud, trust me when I tell you that you are not the only one that has been here from the beginning which is a little longer than a "week". I have said it over and over again and Believer has now confirmed it from the "longs". IMO EFFC is not going to the OTCBB, if they try to do anything it will be to buy a new shell (thats where this new company he made comes in) and move to a different exchange, maybe that is where this "Guy Paul" character comes in, so I would guess it will be the TSX and IMO that is why this total POS Mr. Raphael Hupps has gagged the TA and is on a mission to dilute. IMO There will be nothing left as far as EFFC when he is done. I am sure he is telling people that there will be a way to move the investors over that are in EFFC but like everything he has done, that BS story will not work out and I am sure his next BS is to offer his "friends" and "loyal" longs shares in the new shell. Either way this one will get recycled and everyone left holding shares in EFFC will start over with another scam artist. The only problem Mr. Raphael Huppe, is that the rules for the TSX are just as tough and if not tougher then the NASDAQ, you are going to need to show REVENUE and there will be no way to move shareholders over as you will not be able to aquire a public company that can not show financials. I am curious to see how many of the longs you burn will just roll over.
