SPIN...thanks for the reply.....

So are the plaintiffs waiting on the court to rule on "lead plaintiff" status?

Why take so long?

Doesn't the court have the ability to "throw the case out" if it deems it frivolous?

It would seem to this non-jurist that certifying the class would be a rubber stamp procedure. If that assumption is true, then why the hold up? It would seem that no news is good news for little ole Wave.

Just curious.
