I know you took what i said to you in a email a while ago lightly........
but i was serious about the content...you are witnessing the 2nd phase...it will continues until phase 3 when the medical and mortuary field feel some pain..then the cycle is over,and at that time...buy ..buy ..buy....Remember the the mortgaged mortgage's are already behind in their payment..and it will only get worst..conserviatively they are predicting the worst is 10% unemployment ..I say between 20-50% before it done and over..
