OK...enuff euphemisms 4 1 post.....anyone know of any1 lookin for a nice/newer 5 bdr (2 Masters) 3.5 bath 2400 sq ft executive type home ta lease in Reno? Great views too...Sierra sunsets.

The tenant whose employer told me not but 7 mos ago that work (construction mngmt...tenant was a multi-site foreman) for my tenant was "bountiful & secure" for at least 5 more YEARS as they had Govt contracts inked up da wazoo....now all of the sudden it's all on hold w/no idea when/if they'll ever start up again.....so I was jus given 30 day notice this AM....tphhffttt!!

I'll post the official Craigslist ad w/the 4 pix a lil later on....& of course a nice finders fee for anyone who does happen ta provide the next tenant who signs the lease.

CaT.....ya wanna move out west where the trips are much easier (especially in the winter) 'n operate oudda Reno? I'll work ya out a real saweett deal....u can even have all da feline's u can handle w/no added Pet Deposit ;)~
