4.10 Term of Plan.

No Stock Option shall be exercisable, or Award granted, unless and until the Directors of the Company have approved this Plan and all other legal requirements have been met. This Plan was adopted by the Board effective May 19, 2004. No Stock Options or Awards may be granted under this Plan after May 19, 2014.
