garza I am real glad you started this board but note their is no manatoury redemtion date on this preferred. They are not paying dividens they are noncumulating that date in three years is the date the company can redeam them not the holder if they are not paying dividens why redeam them? Go to WWW. Quantumonline.com/index.cfm sign in you can read up on all preferreds go to the first list all PREFERREDS list it will give you a list. A lot are in the 15% dividens not many manatory redeeming. Good ones might be Ford preferreds S SFI preferreds Some REITS preferreds and if you like to gamble Six Flags preferred B You can take a look at Debt Securities list Sears Holding is their in the 30% dividens.
