Let's start with this little dandy---

"CORONA, CA--(Marketwire - On June 27, 2007) - Vineyard National Bancorp (NASDAQ: VNBC) ("the company") announced today the closing, on June 26, 2007, of the offering of 2,300,000 shares of the company's 7.50% Series D Noncumulative Preferred Stock, with a $10.00 liquidation preference per share."

This stock is currently trading at the penny level and in three short years can be redeemed in three short years for $10.00 per share!

As always.. Do your own research, but I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised.
