You know I see a lot of grumbling about the Management of DPDW.
So I just wanted to look at it in a different way..
Could it just be that the guys that run this company really don't give a rip about the investment side of this. They just are in it for the love of going deep.. Maybe the huge success of the company blind sided them.. and now they are having to play catch up.
All the while doing what they love to do and that is pushing the
underwater construction to the limits of known technology?
Could it very well be that if they continue have such great success. (look at the contracts) that they will just have to hire someone to look after the cash side of it.. I know that if I had a good thing going I would be reluctant to let someone mess with my money.. And even more with what happened with the talk of the board for the last several months.. So where do we go from here..
well I see the large coils of deep water cable being made just down the road from them on carpenter bayou.. No slow down there.
Oil contrary to many is a limited resource so the exploration
and cultavation of new sites has to be in the forefront of each
oil company.. So how does DD sit in on all this. I think they will continue to grow and develop as a company of choice in the underwater construction field.. I feel that as they get older the management will get ahold of their new found wealth.. And the investor for the long run will have been glad to have the vision to invest in this little gold mine early on....
have a happy new year.. Dig deep down and see who financed the Brazil Deep sea Oil development.. ie search world bank headlines for the last year ... ( no I won't tell you do your own DD)
