I know that sounds so easy, and like the right thing to do, but Carol and Ed are spending too much time thinking up ways to scam people and steal other people's hard earned money to ever spend any business hours focused on ACTUALLY running a LEGIT business. They have found an easy way to make easy money and the SEC doesn't care about Pink Sheet stocks, so they have been allowed to flourish at being criminals. Thank God for the DOJ catching them on the client end b/c the SEC could care less on the shareholder end.
