But not now.

They have no need to sell in the last trading days of the year.

The volume is not a lot.

Why would you have to go along with the banter that every share sold ONLY comes from the company?

Also the private placement stock that was sold would not be selling for less than they paid for it.

Obviously you have not checked what the company takes in or you would not have stated they need paychecks so they MUST sell stock daily.
