I really like WAMUQ's position right now. The only problem for them was the theft of their banking operations. Otherwise they could have been sinilar to IndyMac. But now it could conceivably work out better for WAMUQ and us(the current shareholders). The FDIC and JPM could be sued for 170 B by the successful suitor for WAMUQ and the suitor could take over JPMC's role as the largest bank. What a turnaround!!IMHO
