You find it funny that Stalt is gagged? Why would someone that is doing the "right thing" have the TA gagged? If he is selling shares for the good of the company then why not just put out a PR stating that EFFC will be selling x amount of shares to raise x amount of capital for X reason? Because the guy is a POS, thats why. And this "Shell" is OVER
