HD, I'm glad to hear you had no problems finding quality workers. I think maybe I was out of line with that comment, I certainly don't want to put down workers from rural areas.
However my own experiences when I moved from the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area further north to central Florida was quite a shocker in the work force. The quality was miserable and a constant fight with their customary methods. I was told I was overbuilding constantly and whenever my back was turned they did things their own way.

p.s. I know what you mean by the beer thirty being costly!
