Please correct me if I'm wrong. It seems to me that Cetek has not issued a Quarterly or Annual Statement for some time. In essence FH is just doing whatever he pleases and as long as he's neither issuing new stock or announcing anything, he's totally in charge.

While there's little good news in this, one thing it has to tell us is, he's at least operating at break even. If he weren't break even someone would be talked into buying newly issued stock. Perhaps 2009 will be the year FH decides to become a Publically Traded Company again and tell the world what he's doing. Perhaps a new SEC head will decide that even the Pink Companies cannot totally violate all securities law.

Who knows, it's a New Year and a New Administration coming, perhaps the time is right for a New FH.
