From what I've read, at the heart of Cox's thesis is eventual RECURRING GROWTH and a rise from what he feels is fear driven and hedge fund(etc,etc) selling of what was once immensely overbought commodities. Present commodity prices (too low) will not be consistent with eventual GROWTH.
