No, you are right, it`s probably not possible. But what about the lawyers ? Couldn`t they buy some of the preferreds, let`s say, the wamk`s ? For about 2,4 M. $ they could buy the whole lot theoretically. For a rich lawyer-company this should not be a problem, I believe. Obviously, they are not buying. Are they not allowed ? Or are they in doubt to win the case ?
