In this case it's called printing stock illegally. The freaking float was jumping like crazy just a couple of months into the year. It is impossible to increase the float that fast. In the case of BDRR, the float was five times higher by March than the O/S was at year end.

Sorry, but that is impossible to do without breaking the securities laws. The company has been a stock printing machine all year long.

The O/S jumped from just 7 million shares or so last December to the current massive multiple of that number.
