They're definitely two distinct companies. Note that Emmerson Koch, who according to TSXminer, is one of Urbie's financiers, is an officer of Casavant Mining.

What evidence do you have that says that CMKX will not profit from the claims labeled as Casavant Mining on the map when it has been clearly stated by Melvin on numerous occasions the opposite is true.

On the map it says that much of the land is owned by Casavant Mining. I think that has to be accepted as fact. My guess is that if necessary Urbie will sell some of the Casavant Mining properties to CMKM Diamonds.

And before you get upset, that's perfectly legal and frequently done.
