Have you come across a organized group of promoters , internet touts ,or for a lack of a better word pumpers, who operate out of the Southwestern, Onatrio ,Canada area before ? There's a group who have been organized for quite a few years now , and who are highly networked throughout the USA , focusing mainly on OTCBB stocks. There's a lot more to the story , but it looks to me from observing their previous methods , that they are deeply involved pumping CMKX throughout the internet.
