I know this isn't a stock-specific board, but I also know you folks are chartists, and I'm most certainly not.

I just started a new board for ILA (formerly UCU), and am considering trading them for a while.

Can a chartist give me a perspective on it from the TA point of view? Also, they experienced a bloodbath today, losing over 23% of their value, on a Moody's downgrade. Do fundamental events like that throw charts out the window?
