I am amazed that closing deals doesn't fit into your equation. Or the possibility of divi's...remember ?

The play is still here if the last pr was truthful...that with a grand opening of ENHD will provide the fuel.The "problem " as you put it is not the convertible debenture, its that no one believes S3 will come through. jmo
