The problem is SIVC now has a convertible debenture with a floor price of .0006 that is sold at a 50% discount. So I think SIVC will be stuck in a .0006-.0012 trading range until the debenture is used up. Everytime the stock gets to .0012 the funding people will convert more shares, pay .0006 and sell for .0012. They'll just keep doubling their money on every transaction. Maybe they'll let it run a little higher before they whack it back down who knows.
