I just don't understand how organizations are using lawyers who sign anything and everything and none of them are even under investigation and none get disbarred ?
Don't lawyers have insureance.

You buy a house or something tangible worth lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$ and your lawyer signs and so does the one that is selling you something. If it turns out that the same house is sold to multiple people and the lawyer never checked.

Who takes responsibility ? Do you get your money back ?
Anyone with a legal background I think we would all love to hera some feedback on how this works.
I think this relates to our situation....
