Guard Dog Makes Preparations for Potential Acquisitions

RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Guard Dog, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GRDO) announced today that the company is making the necessary preparations for the potential acquisition of another identity theft protection provider in addition to another LEC billed product provider. Details have not yet been disclosed.

James Watson, President of Guard Dog, Inc., stated, "We are working to put things in place that will enable the company the ability to acquire another identity theft protection provider in addition to another LEC billed product provider. Such acquisitions would enable us capitalize upon the current and growing customer bases of both acquisition candidates. I would request that shareholders exhibit patience while the company is working on the mechanics of the process with the acquisition candidates."
