I got the above information from my broker.

Please enlighten us...
Just remember that CMKX may be revoked from public trading, however they are still a private company that has value.
They will more then likely go public again.

In which case I'll be glad to explain this to TDW and that they are providing false information.

They said;
CMKM Diamonds, Inc. we are now the shareholders of private shares. Unless you can get CMKM to give you something in writing that they are worth nothing you can not simply write them off.


Why would you want to anyhow ?
