Neither Marc Crimeni nor Robert Harris are officers or control persons of BCND. I believe that information is from 2002 and just isn't removed or updated by private database companies. If you provide me the source as to where they are erroneously listed, I will ask the database provider to update their records. Whether they do is another story.
