Do you have any opinions on where the cash we invested may have gone? Was it spent keeping this company afloat during the waiting period before the trial?

Isn't the CFO Heaton culpable in this scam? Surely he has something worth suing! What would we have to do to organize a class action suit against Heaton for negligence? I have no clue how to proceed and since you seem more wise than I do in these matters, I would really value your opinion!
