The way the mm are doing this stock is like straight out cheating in a game. The only difference is that there does not seem to be a referee who cares enough to step in and stop the obvioulsy cheating, therefore, if the refs will not stop the blantant cheating, then this implies to me that the referees are a part of the cheating and is getting some kind of kick back for allowing it to go on.
