All I can say is the price is holding up quite nicely and the daily volume has increased since the SAMMY term sheet was signed.

To me the 8k was IDCCs fulfillment of their obligations agreed to as part of the term sheet, as it related to outstanding litigation.

For IDCC to disclose the post-trial position of the ALJ in the 10Q, makes me feel we all should set a realistic expectation that IDCC and SAMMY came to a compromise settlement. Whatever that is I think I will be happy with.

Sounds like IDCC is now only awaiting a selection of two payment options from SAMMY and a check, with their side fulfilled.
