maybe you lost track of the fact that Wave holds an illiquid stock as its only "significant" balance sheet asset (which, last i checked was right around a buck-thirty & Wave's basis is b/tw $3-4).
maybe you lost track of the fact that the largest class action firms in the U.S. are preparing to knock yer dongle into the dirt?
or maybe you lost track of the fact that the feds are sniffing around the confines of the vaunted embassy?
