I have been self-employed most all of My Adult Life...and I have been through litigation...knock 'em down...drag 'em down litigation...and I have WON...in situations that I was advised to do all that I may to settle before it went to court...because the situations of My litigation LOSE much, much more than not...in court. I persued and WON...it was tough...but I did what I felt was right and came out ahead...and was able to hold My head up in eye to eye contact...while the others HAD to look down.
