Yes I wanted to bring up the fact that steve burg
is our financial expert on the audit committee.
Many of the claims of financial wrong doings occurred
on his watch.
That is very troubling that he was the
negotiator for 5-HMF's sale or anything involving
the companies future.
But being that there was so much going on and it was
a meeting for the creditors I didn't chime in.

I'm sure that this issue of burgs tenor on the financial
audit committee will be questioned during the upcoming
proceedings.

It just stinks to the high heavens that burg is still associated with the company!

I'm curious as to who exactly brought swift into this PIPE deal?
If it was burg then this is going to become very interesting.
